1. Overview

All watches sold on Skmei.eg are 100% genuine and supplied through the official SKMEI agency in Egypt. Every watch is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the terms set by the official agent, under normal conditions of use.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in the movement throughout the warranty period.
  • Manufacturing defects in external parts during the first 30 days, including the case, glass, strap, buttons and clasp.
  • Faults that appear during normal use and are confirmed by the agency's technical team to be manufacturing defects.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Water damage caused by swimming, diving or hot showers. Watches rated 5ATM are suitable for hand washing and splashes only.
  • The battery, as it is a consumable component.
  • Breakage or damage caused by drops, impacts or misuse.
  • Scratches and normal wear on the glass, case or strap.
  • External defects that appear after the first 30 days.

The warranty period starts from the date the order is received. A replacement watch continues the remaining warranty period of the original watch.

5. Replacement or Repair?

🔄 ReplacementAvailable only if the watch is in brand-new condition, unworn, and in its original packaging and box.
🛠️ Free RepairIf the watch has been worn, it will be repaired free of charge at the official agency throughout the warranty period.
🚚 Shipping FeesNot covered by the warranty. Round-trip shipping is paid by the customer based on their area.

7. Purchases from Amazon and Other Platforms

Watches purchased through Amazon, Noon or any other platform are subject to that platform's own warranty and return policy, and claims must be made directly with the platform.
