At Skmei Egypt, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our watches, which is why we offer a unique and flexible return and exchange policy to ensure you have a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

 

1. Instant Return Policy (Try Before You Buy)

 

We offer a "Try Before You Buy" policy. When the courier arrives, you can open the package, inspect the watch, and make sure you are completely satisfied with it.

  • Don't Like the Product? Absolutely No Problem! If, for any reason, you don't like the watch, it doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply change your mind, you can return it immediately with the courier.

  • Cost: You will not be charged any fees whatsoever. The return process in this case is completely free.

  • Shipping Fees: We will also refund the original shipping fees you paid for the order. In short, you won't have lost anything.

  • Condition: The return must be initiated in the presence of the courier before formally accepting and signing for the product.

 

2. Exchange Policy (After Accepting the Product - 14 Days)

 

Once you have inspected and accepted the product from the courier, the purchase is considered final. However, we still stand by you to guarantee the product's quality.

  • Manufacturing or Performance Defect (14 Days): If you discover any defect related to manufacturing quality or the watch's performance within 14 days from the delivery date, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. This includes any malfunction in the watch movement, hands, or any part of the watch not related to misuse.


 

🚨 Crucial Clause: Returns from Conditional Discount Offers

 

  • If the returned item was part of a conditional discount offer (e.g., 15% off when buying two or more items): The return of any single item from such an offer voids the entire promotion. The discounted price was conditional on purchasing all offer items together. Therefore, the product(s) you choose to keep will be recalculated at their original, non-discounted price. The difference (the value of the canceled discount) will be deducted from your refund amount. This ensures that the condition for the original promotion (keeping the required number of items) is maintained.
