Terms of Service - SKMEI.EG

By accessing or using the SKMEI.EG website (the “Site”) and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or placing any orders.

1. General Conditions and Legal Status

By accessing or using SKMEI.EG, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms. Official and Exclusive Status: SKMEI.EG is the Official and Exclusive Authorized Dealer for SKMEI watches in Egypt, operating under official authorization from the SKMEI factory in China, with the exclusive right to use the brand name under the domains skmei.eg and skmei.com.eg. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Products and Services

SKMEI.EG provides a variety of products including watches, accessories, and other related items for purchase, which are original and guaranteed products directly from the manufacturer. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We aim to ensure that all product details are accurate, but we do not guarantee the exact match of product images or descriptions.

3. Orders and Payments

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. By placing an order, you are confirming that you have the right to use the payment method provided. SKMEI.EG accepts various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, and ensures that payment information is processed securely. All prices on SKMEI.EG are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), and any applicable taxes or duties will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. We provide delivery services through local shipping companies, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. SKMEI.EG is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or external factors (such as weather conditions or governmental restrictions). 5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

SKMEI.EG offers a 24-hour Exchange for defective or damaged products from the date of delivery. For more details, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a successful return or exchange. In the case of non-defective products, shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty: All SKMEI watches sold on the Site are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

6. Inspection and Receiving Policy

Important: We allow customers to open and inspect the package before confirming payment and signing for receipt.

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or if any items are missing, please refuse to accept the shipment from the courier immediately.

  • Post-Acceptance Reporting: In the event that the shipment is accepted for any reason, any claims regarding damage, breakage, or missing items must be reported on the same day of delivery. SKMEI.EG will not be held responsible for any such claims reported after the day of receipt.

7. Privacy Policy and User Rights

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using SKMEI.EG, you consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. Right to Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): The user has the right to request the final and complete deletion of all their personal data from our records. To exercise this right, an explicit request for data deletion must be sent via the customer support email mentioned in Section 12 below.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SKMEI.EG, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of SKMEI.EG or its licensors (such as the SKMEI trademark) and is protected by copyright laws. The SKMEI brand name, logo, and trademark are officially licensed for use by SKMEI.EG in Egypt. You may not use any content from the Site without prior written consent from SKMEI.EG.

9. Disclaimer Regarding Other Stores

SKMEI.EG is the only official, licensed, and certified store for SKMEI watches in Egypt. We are not responsible for any claims, warranties, or products purchased through any other website, store, or platform claiming to sell SKMEI products in Egypt. We recommend purchasing only from the official domains skmei.eg or skmei.com.eg to ensure authenticity and warranty coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKMEI.EG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, products, or services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of SKMEI.EG will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt.
