Delivery Time:

  • The average delivery time is 2-3 working days or according to your geographic area. Delivery time may extend in some areas or according to the shipping company's policy or the density of shipments.

  • To ensure delivery on time, please place your order before 12:00 PM on the day you want to receive your order.

Urgent Orders:

  • For urgent orders, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Location:

  • The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order. If someone else signs for the delivery at the address, it is considered as confirmation that you have received the order.

  • If no one is at the registered address, please contact us to schedule another delivery time. After 3 days from the first delivery attempt, the company will not be responsible for rescheduling the delivery.

After the Second Delivery Attempt:

  • If you are not available twice for the scheduled delivery time, an additional delivery fee will be charged for subsequent deliveries.

Cash on Delivery:

  • There are no additional fees for cash on delivery.

Friday Delivery:

  • We do not deliver on Fridays.

Order Safety:

  • We guarantee the safety of your order from theft or damage from the moment it leaves our store until delivery.
